CSX Transportation, Inc. Abandons Track in Raleigh County, WV; Norfolk and Western Railway Company Discontinues Trackage Rights

CSX Transportation, Inc. has been granted an exemption to abandon a section of track in Raleigh County, West Virginia, while the Norfolk and Western Railway Company has been granted an exemption to discontinue its trackage rights in the same area.
