Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records Amendment

The Department of the Army is amending its systems of records notices subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, effective January 22, 1998, unless comments are received. The proposed changes will be published in the Federal Register and are available from the U.S. Total Army Personnel Command.
