EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule for Ambient Air Quality Surveillance for Lead Due to Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its direct final rule for Ambient Air Quality Surveillance for Lead, published on November 5, 1997, following receipt of adverse comments, which will be addressed in a subsequent final action in the near future.
