Accessibility Guidelines for Outdoor Developed Areas; Meeting of Regulatory Negotiation Committee

The Access Board has established a regulatory negotiation committee to develop accessibility guidelines for newly constructed and altered outdoor developed areas. The committee will meet publicly to discuss the proposed rule, which is related to the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Architectural Barriers Act, and is expected to be completed soon.
