Availability of U.S. Patents for Non-Exclusive, Exclusive, or Partially-Exclusive Licensing

The U.S. Department of the Army, represented by the U.S. Army Research Laboratory, is seeking to license a U.S. patent for detecting a target image on a large screen using non-visible light, with the option for non-exclusive, exclusive, or partially-exclusive licensing to any interested party.
