Availability of U.S. Patents for Non-Exclusive, Exclusive, or Partially-Exclusive Licensing

The U.S. Department of the Army, represented by the U.S. Army Research Laboratory, is seeking to license certain U.S. patents, including the long-range nonlethal bullet patent, for non-exclusive, exclusive, or partially-exclusive use, with the goal of manufacturing, using, and selling devices or processes covered by these patents.
