EPA Invites Comments on Proposed Rule for Total Mercury and Particulate Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available two draft reports related to total mercury and particulate continuous emissions monitoring systems, and is now seeking public comments on the proposed rule, which aims to require these monitors for hazardous waste combustors, with a deadline for comments set for a date to be determined.
