SunCal Companies Seeks Endangered Species Permit for Meadowlark Estates Project in San Diego County

SunCal Companies has submitted an application to the Fish and Wildlife Service for a permit to incidentally harm the threatened California gnatcatcher under the Endangered Species Act, as part of its urban development plans for the Meadowlark Estates Project in San Diego County, California.
