Office of Personnel Management Requests Review of New Information Collection Form for Civil Service Retirement System

The Office of Personnel Management is seeking review of a new information collection form, RI 25-51, used to pay death benefits to the widow(er) of a Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) annuitant, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
