EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement to Address Clean Air Act Petition for Review

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has filed a proposed settlement agreement with the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to address a lawsuit filed by Appalachian Power Company and other electric utilities regarding the modeling assumptions required for existing point source and new or modified point source compliance demonstrations under the Clean Air Act.
