EPA Proposes Settlement for Pruitt & Grace Site Cleanup Costs

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a settlement to reimburse itself for response costs incurred during a cleanup at the Pruitt & Grace Site in Lorain, Ohio, following a claim under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
