EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule for Molex Site-Specific Rulemaking

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn a direct final rule for a site-specific rulemaking project at Molex, Inc.'s facility in Lincoln, Nebraska, due to adverse comments received on the rule. The EPA will address the comments in a companion proposal published in the Federal Register on November 3, 1997.
