US Department of Commerce to Partially Revoke Antidumping Duty Order on Color TV Receivers from Korea

The US Department of Commerce is conducting a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on color television receivers from Korea, following a request from Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., and has preliminarily determined that it is appropriate to partially revoke the order with respect to Samsung.
