Offstream Storage of Colorado River Water and Interstate Redemption of Storage Credits in the Lower Division States

A proposed rule would allow Colorado River water to be stored offstream in Lower Basin states to facilitate future interstate use of the water, increasing efficiency and flexibility in Colorado River management.
