Notice of Coal Action in New Mexico: ROD Made Publicly Available

The Bureau of Land Management has made the Record of Decision (ROD) for Ark Land Company's coal permits publicly available, following the PRLA process requirements. Copies of the ROD can be obtained at the New Mexico State Office, Bureau of Land Management, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
