Farm Credit Administration Publishes Final Rule on Disclosure to Shareholders and Investors

The Farm Credit Administration has published a final rule on July 7, 1998, which amends regulations governing the funding and discount relationship between Farm Credit System banks and non-System other financing institutions, with an effective date of August 6, 1998.
