Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regains Oversight of Sealed Source and Device Evaluations in Oregon

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission took back regulatory control over sealed source and device evaluations and approvals in Oregon, effective April 1, 1998, following a request from the state's governor to relinquish this authority.
