SBA Proposes New System of Records for Reasonable Accommodations and Personal Assistance Services

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing a new system of records to accommodate employees with disabilities, as part of its efforts to foster an inclusive organizational culture, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget regulations.
