Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests Public Comment on Information Collection Activities

The NRC has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The proposal involves extending the use of certain forms, including NRC Form 136, 237, and 277, which are required for security clearance and access authorization for employees of licensees and contractors.
