Nuclear Regulatory Commission Amends Fee Schedules to Implement 100 Percent Fee Recovery for FY 1998

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is revising its fee schedules to comply with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990, requiring the commission to recover 100 percent of its budget authority in Fiscal Year 1998, with a total of approximately $454.8 million to be recovered.
