Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Changes to Maintenance Regulations at Nuclear Power Plants

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is proposing to update its safety regulations to require licensees to assess the impact of maintenance on a nuclear power plant's ability to perform safety functions, and to clarify when and how these assessments should be conducted.
