US Nuclear Regulators Approve Environmental Assessments for Rochester Gas and Electric and Niagara Mohawk Power Plants
The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission has approved environmental assessments for the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Unit 2, and the R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, both owned by Rochester Gas and Electric Corp. and Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. respectively, finding no significant environmental impact.
