Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received an application, by letter dated October 15, 1998, from International Uranium (USA) Corporation (IUC) to amend NRC Source Material License No. SUA-1358. By this submittal, IUC is requesting NRC approval to process, at IUC's White Mesa Uranium Mill, uranium-bearing material received from the Ashland 1 and Seaway Area D Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) sites, near Tonawanda, New York.
