Wisconsin Public Service Co. granted exemption for Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant operation

Wisconsin Public Service Co. has been granted an exemption from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant, allowing the facility to continue operating beyond its original decommissioning date. The exemption is effective immediately.
