Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. Model 412 and 412EP Helicopters Airworthiness Directive Amendment

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued an airworthiness directive amendment for Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. Model 412 and 412EP helicopters, requiring the creation of a component history record and tracking of accumulated fatigue, to prevent mast and spline plate failure and loss of helicopter control.
