FAA Proposes Revised Seating System Standards for Aircraft

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has announced the availability of a proposed revision to the Technical Standard Order (TSO) for aircraft seating systems, requesting comments on the new standards. The proposed TSO, TSO-C127a, outlines the minimum performance requirements for aircraft seating systems to be marked with the TSO-C127a designation.
