U.S. Census Bureau Proposes Changes to Foreign Trade Statistics Regulations to Clarify Exporter and Forwarder Responsibilities

The U.S. Census Bureau is proposing amendments to the Foreign Trade Statistics Regulations to clarify the roles and responsibilities of exporters and forwarding agents in providing information on Shipper's Export Declarations, as well as the procedures for executing powers of attorney in electronic transactions.
