Proposed Collection; Comment Request Entitled Nondiscrimination in Federal Financial Assistance Programs

The General Services Administration (GSA) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to reinstate an information collection, 3090-0228, to ensure nondiscriminatory distribution of federal surplus property. The GSA is seeking public comments on this proposal.
