Federal Travel Regulation; Ship Privately Owned Vehicles (POV) International

The Federal Travel Regulation has been amended to permit agencies to authorize the return transportation of privately owned vehicles from outside the continental United States to the continental United States, in cases where no privately owned vehicle was shipped to the overseas post of duty.
