Office of Acquisition Policy Sets Executive Compensation Benchmark Amount Under FY 1998 Defense Authorization Act

The Acting Administrator of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy has requested the General Services Administration to publish a notice regarding his determination on the allowability of certain personal compensation costs under the Federal Acquisition Regulation, following Section 808 of the FY 1998 Defense Authorization Act.
