Federal Acquisition Regulation to Implement Right-To-Know Laws and Pollution Prevention Requirements

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have adopted the interim rule on Federal Compliance With Right-To-Know Laws and Pollution Prevention Requirements, as published in the Federal Register on March 17, 1997, with changes, to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
