Federal Acquisition Regulation Amended to Include Revised Affirmative Action Regulations for Disabled Veterans and Vietnam Era Veterans

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement revised Department of Labor regulations regarding affirmative action for employment of disabled veterans and veterans of the Vietnam era, effective immediately.
