Federal Agency Requests OMB Review for GSA Form 3040 Report

The Office of Acquisition Policy has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget to extend a previously approved information collection requirement for GSA Form 3040, a report on surplus personal property donations from state agencies, following a 60-day public comment period that received no comments.
