Federal Acquisition Regulation; Pay-As-You-Go Pension Costs

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to align with the cost accounting standards for pension costs, exempting this regulatory action from Office of Management and Budget review.
