Federal Acquisition Regulation; Civil Defense Costs

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to remove the civil defense cost principle, exempting it from Office of Management and Budget review and classification as a major rule.
