Federal Acquisition Regulation; Limitation on Allowability of Compensation for Certain Contractor Personnel

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to adopt a new rule, effective February 23, 1998, which limits the compensation costs for senior contractor executives to the benchmark amount set by the Federal Procurement Policy Administrator.
