Implementation of the Second Round of Accelerated Tariff Eliminations Under Provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement

The U.S. has provisionally agreed to accelerate the elimination of duties on certain articles as part of the second round of talks under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). This decision is based on Section 201(b) of the North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act of 1993.
