WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding Mexico's Imposition of Antidumping Duties on High Fructose Corn Syrup Imports from the US

The Office of the US Trade Representative is establishing a dispute settlement panel to examine Mexico's imposition of antidumping duties on imports of high fructose corn syrup from the US, following a US request, in relation to the WTO Antidumping Agreement and the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994.
