Commission Refers Case to Administrative Law Judge Over Forfeiture and Bond Return

The Federal Commission has referred a case to an administrative law judge after the complainant requested the forfeiture of respondents' bonds and the respondents asked to have their bonds returned, in relation to an investigation into certain hardware logic emulation systems and components.
