U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Initial Determination in Acesulfame Potassium Case

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review the initial determination granting a motion to amend the complaint and add an additional respondent in a case involving certain acesulfame potassium and blends, and products containing the same.
