U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Investigation Terminating Four Respondents

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review the initial determinations in an investigation into Certain Organic Photoconductor Drums and Products Containing the Same, after the complainant withdrew allegations of infringement against four respondents, effectively ending the investigation.
