U.S. Commission Initiates Five-Year Review of Antidumping Duty Order on Japanese High-Power Microwave Amplifiers

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched a review to determine whether revoking the antidumping duty order on high-power microwave amplifiers from Japan would lead to continued material injury, and is seeking input from interested parties by November 20, 1998.
