US Customs Service to Determine Base Quantity of Fuel Ethyl Alcohol Imports

The US Customs Service will determine the base quantity of fuel ethyl alcohol imports that can be imported with a zero percent local feedstock requirement, based on the US domestic market for fuel ethyl alcohol, which is required by the Steel Trade Liberalization Program Implementation Act.
