PTO Requests Public Comments on Interim Guidelines for Reexamination Cases
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking public input on interim guidelines for reviewing reexamination requests, following the 1997 Federal Circuit decision in In re Portola Packaging, Inc. (110 F.3d 786, 42 USPQ2d 1295).
