New Rule to Regulate Multi-Purpose Lighters Under Consumer Product Safety Act

The Consumer Product Safety Commission proposes a safety standard for multi-purpose lighters to reduce risks of injury to children, who can easily operate these lighters, and considers issuing the standard under the Consumer Product Safety Act.
