FCC Establishes Procedures for Designating Eligible Telecommunications Carriers

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has established procedures for designating eligible telecommunications carriers in limited circumstances, as mandated by Public Law 105-125, enacted on December 1, 1997, and added to the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.
