ITU Proposal for Cost Recovery

The Federal Communications Commission seeks comment on the appropriateness and feasibility of a proposal by the International Telecommunications Commission (ITU) for cost recovery for registering and processing satellite notifications. In particular, the Commission seeks comment on how the Commission could continue to make the ITU notifications while ensuring that the applicant makes cost recovery payments directly to the ITU.
