US FCC Denies Benavides Communications' Petition for Channel Reallotment

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has denied a petition by Benavides Communications to reallot Channel 299C2 from Benavides to Bruni, Texas, and modify the authorization of Station KXTM-FM to specify Bruni as its community of license, citing concerns that granting Sound Investments' counterproposal would provide better aural reception service to a greater number of people.
