Second Quarter 1998 Universal Service Contribution Factors

The Common Carrier Bureau announces proposed universal service contribution factors for the second quarter of 1998. If the Commission takes no action regarding these proposed factors by March 19, 1998, the projections shall be deemed approved by the Commission and shall be used to calculate second quarter universal service contributions.
