FCC Dismisses Petitions for Channel Substitutions at Susquehanna and Walton

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has dismissed a petition by KG Broadcasting, Inc. to substitute Channel 223B1 for Channel 223A at Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, and modify the license of Station WKGB-FM. The FCC also dismissed a related petition to substitute Channel 248A for Channel 221A at Walton, New York, and modify the license of Station WDLA-FM.
